1. Tighten the tummy and hold it for 5 seconds then let it out. Repeat these repetitions for as long as you can focus. It's almost as good as doing sit ups if you do enough of them.
After awhile 2 things can happen. You will start doing this unconsciously, to the point that your muscles actually start strengthening. Also you will find it easier to do your actual exercises when you find a little time in your hectic life to lose that stubborn fat.
2. Walking - This one is in about every exercise tip you're going to see online. What's not touched on that often is the mindset you need. For example you can buy the best shoes, which is a good idea, but you still need to incorporate walking into your daily routine.
Sure you can park your car further from the entrance of a store but be on the lookout for times when you would ordinarily take the elevator you begin to take the stairs. Every time you go to push that elevator button ask yourself, "do I have time to take the stairs?"
Also little trips you take in your car to the corner store or nearby businesses. How many of these can you just walk for once.
You may find it doesn't take that much more time once you include finding a place to park. And it will do your body a world of good. Think outside the box on this and you will find a way to lose that fat once and for all.
