Weight training workouts are getting out-dated very quickly these days. You can still get very good results with them, but the problem is that they require large chunks of time in the gym to produce those results.

As you probably know, extra time is getting increasingly hard to come by these days. With each day passing, there is even more tasks that continue to pile up for us.
