There are many benefits that come along with fitness weight training. These include benefits such as:
- Reduced stress levels
- Increased mental health
- Strengthen the heart and lungs
- Improves mood
One of my favourite benefits of fitness weight training is the improved sex life!
But in all seriousness, what is the main reason we first engage in weight training?
Do not get me wrong, the "side effects" of lifting weights are all great, but are these the reasons why we first decide to begin training?
For some maybe, but for most the answer is no. The majority of people decide to engage in weight lifting to improve their self image. They desire a certain type of body and see fitness weight training as a way to get that body for themselves.
It is important to have clarity when working out. This will help us make better decisions when choosing which routines to follow and which to stay away from.
Personally, it was my desire to achieve a toned, sexy body. Keeping the end result in mind really helped me to achieve it.
If you desire a certain body type, there are most likely many ways of getting there. But which routine will get you there quickly while still adding those above positive side effects in to your life?
My recommendation would be to begin a turbo charged workout routine. These types of routines were originally constructed through science for people with very busy schedules. They actually maximize the efficiency of every exercise to the point where you only need to work out for a few minutes per day.
The results are very intriguing. Most times they are much better than men's and women's traditional workouts in which hours are spent in the gym per week.
These new types of workout routines will do wonders for you. Just follow the steps, and you're set.
You should have a burning passion to achieve your ideal body type. If you do not have that passion, I would suggest you cultivate it.
How will you feel when you have that exact body of your desire? Visualize it. Take the time to feel that passion and emotion in your gut. Let it grow stronger and stronger.
Feels good, doesn't it?
That level of passion is what turns dreams into a reality. You must take care of yourself first before you can offer significant value to the loves ones in your life.
If you have 7-10 minutes per day, then you will have the healthy, toned, sexy body which you have been dreaming about. It takes a lot less time than you think.
