Everyone is searching for the perfect weight loss training program. Well, I'm sorry to say that there is no perfect solution for weight loss. It takes a bit of work and discipline, there is no quick-fix. However, the good news is that there is a solution: diet and exercise. Through all the fads diet and exercise has stuck around, because it works. I know that it can be tough, which is why I've written this article with 3 easy to remember things to help you with your weight loss training program.
Trick 1: Watch what you eat
Do not consume anything that contains high fructose corn syrup. This common sweetener is in everything from sodas and candy to pretzels and potato chips. The problem is that high fructose corn syrup has been shown, repeatedly, to block certain receptors that send signals to your brain when you are full. Without these signals begin sent, you tend to eat more.
Trick 2: Watch when you eat
You should watch when you eat certain things as well. Eat most of your daily carbohydrates early in the morning, that way you have all day to burn them off. Do NOT exclude carbs from your diet. Your brain is comprised of 2% of your body mass, yet uses 20% of your body's energy. No carbs, less brain power, less focus.
Trick 3: Set up goals
Determine why you are starting this weight loss training program. Why are you trying to lose weight? When do you want the weight gone? How much are you trying to lose? These are questions that you need to answer.
Write down goals that are challenging yet attainable. You want to be able to cross goals off your list, as this is one of the most powerful motivating factors. You will see progress, which will motivate you to continue.
